Obituary for Jack Won Chow

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of Jack Chow.
Jack will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his family and friends. Jack is survived by his brother, Fred (Alice); sister, Susie; brother, Frank (Susan); nephews, Desmond (Camilla) and Jared; nieces, Deanna and Taylor; and great-niece, Cecilia. He was predeceased by his parents, Ming and Helen Chow.
He was a special and unique son, brother, uncle and friend. In his own way, he expressed many ways to love and he understood the person he was; content, happy and in peace.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the Winnifred Stewart Association and Residential Services (Residence 8) for their great care, compassion, respect and kindness to Jack over the years. Also, heartfelt thanks to Dr. R. Wiznura, Dr. A. Orimalade, and the staff at the Misericordia Hospital for their care.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects Thursday, March 9 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Funeral Home, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Service Friday, March 10 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel. Pastor Paul Armfield officiating with interment in Beechmount Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made “In memory of Jack Chow” to the Winnifred Stewart Association http://www.winnifredstewart.com/donations/.
