The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Duane Kozak can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Don and Joan Hamaliuk
Condolence: In his quiet way, he attracted us all
Careful in thought and standing so tall
He may be gone and we’re so sad today
But his job is done and he’s on his way

To a better place, where the pain is no longer
Leaving fond memories, of fun, laugh and wonder
I think of Dwayne often and the good times we had
When he’s in my mind, I could never be sad

Condolence: Working with Duane was a great joy. Duane was always helpful and went above and beyond to help fellow workmates. He was full of smiles and would be there to pick you up from your tears. Strong as nails, just a fantastic guy and will be missed.

Condolence: We lost a friend recently, my friend Duane "FRED",as I would call him, Kozak. Tough on the outside but soft on the inside. He fought a long, hurtful courageous battle with a serious illness for nearly 4 years. "Tough as nails", he was!! Just a good guy! We will meet again, my friend. My condolences to all his family.
