On May 13, 2018, Dalvino Ricioppo passed away with family by his side at the age of 96 years.
Papa will be deeply missed and remembered as a loving father and nonno. He was admired for his strength, courage, selflessness and most importantly love of family and friendship to many people.
Dalvino is survived by his children, Flora (Mario) Rizzuto, Emilia, Frank (Karen) and Tony (Lucy); ten grandchildren, Sandra, Lori, Melissa, Elena, Nadine, Marco, Stephanie, Luke, Matthew and Alyssa; one great-grandchild, Olivia; two sisters, Adelina Arnone and Olga Domanico; as well as numerous loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife, Elena; his parents, Florestano and Fiorenza; siblings Orlando Ricioppo, Aurora Matrangolo, Ida Ricioppo and Alda Boi.
A special thank you to Dalvino’s caregivers, Jonalyn and family, as well as the staff of Foyer Lacombe Hospice and the staff of the Sturgeon Community Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion.

Funeral Mass Saturday, May 19 at 9:30 a.m. at Santa Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church. Reverend George Puramadathil CFIC officiating with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum.
