They are well versed in all aspects of traditional Asian culture and funeral services and will coordinate both traditional Chinese and western-style funeral services for families with the option of either burial or cremation. They have expertise serving families of all types of Asian faiths and backgrounds.

They will look your every need: assisting families with Chinese newspaper obituary submissions, contacting the appropriate monks, temple, church and association, coordinating a witness cremation for families at our on-site crematorium, providing a Chinese emcee for services taking place in our spacious chapel that can seat about 350 people or at another location of the family’s choice, researching and coordinating lucky days for visitations and funerals, special food preparation, the burning of papers, and many other unique and personalized services.

Gilla and Jacky believe that aftercare is a very important aspect of the services they provide and they support and guide our families with the many details following the service, such as government death benefit paperwork, cemetery plot purchases, and monument purchases.

As well, for those families who choose to plan ahead, ensuring peace of mind for their spouse and children, Gilla and Jacky offer preplanning services and are available to meet families at any time.
